I only take payments paid upfront or 50/50, before and after sketch!
Cancelling commissions and asking for refunds after the sketch has been approved is not allowed.
You are not allowed to sell or use my art for commercial purposes that will result in your financial gain (such as NFTs, selling as prints, etc.) Nor are you allowed to claim my art as yours. Doing so will mean permanent blacklisting in my commissions.
As the artist, I am entitled to all rights of the final product therefore I am allowed to use it for portfolio, on social media, or for any other use.
